Mr. Greg Llinas

Gregory Llinás is a veteran executive in financial management and government contracting with more than three decades of experience leading compliance and corporate operations. He is the founder of GL Solutions, an SBA-certified 8(a) small business consultancy, where he has guided strategy, operations, and growth for federal clients.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Llinás has held senior leadership roles across multiple industries, serving as Chief Financial Officer for more than four federal contracting businesses and as Chief Operating Officer, Controller, and Vice President of Client Services. At one firm, his leadership as COO drove revenues from $180M to $280M within just over a year. He has deep expertise in project and program management, financial planning, and audits, with extensive experience ensuring compliance with GAAP, FAR, CSA, CAS, DFAR, and DCAA standards. He has also been instrumental in helping companies secure government and cybersecurity clearances to meet stringent regulatory requirements.

At Tambourine Innovation Ventures, Mr. Llinás serves as the focal point for financial management, contracts, and compliance. He oversees financial operations, ensures regulatory integrity, and provides guidance on contract strategy and execution. His ability to balance strategic vision with rigorous oversight has made him a trusted partner for firms navigating the complexities of federal contracting. Holding a B.S. in Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña in the Dominican Republic and an M.A. in Development Banking from American University in Washington, DC, he brings both technical and financial expertise to his role at TIV.
