Tambourine Innovation Ventures (TIV) Statement of Ethics:

To all of our stakeholders, this code of ethics represents our ethical commitment to acting in an appropriate manner when doing business. At TIV, we are dedicated to managing our company in a way that is not just legal but also ethical and open.

This code applies to all staff members who work for TIV, including officers, directors, managers, team leaders, employees, agencies, interns, sub-contractors, and consulting staff.

The workforce of Tambourine Innovation Ventures is held to a high standard of objectivity and honesty in all matters pertaining to their employment. The confidence that we are able to garner from our shareholders, as well as our customers and workers, is essential to the growth of our company. We build our reputation by being true to our promise of treating everyone fairly and achieving all of our objectives in a morally upstanding manner. Every member of the staff is responsible for adhering to this Code in their personal and professional behavior, and they are required to treat each individual with the utmost respect, honesty, and fairness.
