TIV’s Vice President of Emerging Technologies and Intellectual Property is invited to write an article for Enfoque Educación, ¿Puede la Inteligencia artificial hacer la educación más inteligente?” (Can artificial intelligence make education smarter?).

In 2018, Dr. Mirjana Stankovic, TIV's Vice President of Emerging Technologies and Intellectual Property, was invited as a guest author for Enfoque Educación, the official blog of the Education division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The blog post - “Can artificial intelligence make education smarter?” (English Title) - explored the current impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution on the education landscape. Namely, Dr. Stankovic surveyed the contemporary use of novel technologies in education, including:  artificial intelligence (AI), 3D printing, machine learning, the Internet of things, cloud computing and Big Data, as it pertains to education and the classrooms of the future. She then elaborate on the trajectory of education in the digital age, and the opportunities and challenges of an automated and intelligent future.
