TIV’s CEO was consulted for an in-depth review and technical commentary on the 2018 book “Entrepreneurial Systems in Unexpected Places: Examining the Success Factors of Regional Entrepreneurship”

In 2018, TIV CEO Ravi Gupta provided his entrepreneurial insights and expertise to a book by Dr. Antonova (current Dean of Administration for the renowned Universidad de los Andes, a top research university in Latin America), Dr. Nikolova (Rosalind Franklin Fellow at the University of Groningen) and noted venture capitalist, Dilyan Dimitrov. Published by Palgrave Macmillan , the book titled “Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in Unexpected Places: Examining the Success Factors of Regional Entrepreneurship” sheds light on  one of the biggest development issues of our time: “How the rise of entrepreneurship and the associated mindset is likely to unfold in unexpected places and change socio-economic and political fortunes.” Credited for delivering an important message to budding and seasoned entrepreneurs, the book has received praise from leaders of elite instructions such as MIT, in addition to executives of major technological companies and startups. Mr. Gupta was sought by the authors due to his expertise in entrepreneurship and venture capital, in addition to his extensive track record of mentoring entrepreneurs and start-ups globally, especially in the Balkans. Accordingly, his contribution included personal insights regarding nascent entrepreneurial ecosystems in the region and delineated the dangers encountered when such ventures are compared against mature entrepreneurial centers.
