Change Management and Communications Consultant [Contract]

About the Role
The Change Management and Communications Consultant will be responsible for delivering four stakeholder awareness workshops to personnel of the agencies whose input and/or approval is required as part of the business licensing process administered by MZOTI. This position is short-term, and the level of effort will be 20 days within a three-month period. The Change Management and Communications Consultant will report to the Private Sector Development Officer.
The Change Management and Communications Consultant will work with the CBEE-R team to:

Deliver stakeholder workshops to personnel of the agencies whose input and/or approval is required as part of the business licensing process explaining the rationale and benefits of the proposed changes, and addressing any concerns or resistance to change;

Facilitate, plan, and organize stakeholder workshops; and
-
Other related tasks relevant to the successful implementation of the CBEE-R activity.

Bachelor's degree in business, organizational behavior, or a related field;

3+ years of experience in change management, communications, or a related field;

A track of success in being able to communicate with government officials and the public in town hall-style meetings and roundtable discussions;

Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques;
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of success in the ability to effectively engage with government officials and employees at all levels of the organization;

Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English;

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
-
Proven communication and presentation skills; and
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate effectively with others, and meet time-driven deadlines.

About the Company
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has awarded International Development Group LLC (IDG) a three-year, $8.6 million Caribbean Business Enabling Environment-Reform (CBEE-R) task order under the Public Financial Management II (PFM II) IDIQ. The objectives of CBEE-R will focus on improving the regulatory climate for resilient businesses, bolstering government capacity to implement business environment reforms, enhancing robust public-private dialogue, and improving the creation of a resilient private sector.
